Add TREC to Instagram Step-by-Step Guide (Non-HAR)

• Upload your Information About Brokerage Services form to Google Docs, then open it
• At the top, click the three dots to the left-hand side and then select “Share”
• Click “Advanced”
• Beneath “Who Has Access,” click “Change”
• Select the first option: “Public on the Web,” then save your changes
• Copy the "Link to share"
• Go to LinkTree’s website (https://LinkTr.ee) and click the green button that says, “Sign Up with Instagram”

• After the app has been setup with your information, click the green button that says, “Add New Button / Link”
• Title your link, “TREC Information About Brokerage Services” and paste your IABS URL into the URL box

• Go to TREC.texas.gov. Click on "Consumer Protection Notice," beneath “Popular Forms,” and download it.
• Upload the Consumer Protection Notice form to Google Docs, publish to web, and copy the "link to share"
• Add another link and title it, “TREC Consumer Protection Notice;” paste your CPN URL into the URL box
• Make sure the slide button is slid to the right side and is green

• Copy the link at the top right corner that says, “My Bio Link”
• Go to your Instagram account and click on, “Edit Profile”
• Paste your LinkTree link in the “Website” box
• Paste the phrase, “TREC Disclosure:” in your “Bio” box (you may need to delete or condense existing text to accommodate for this).
•  Click “Submit”
• All done! Your new menu with your TREC forms will pop-up when the custom LinkTree link is clicked on.
