Add TREC Links to Facebook Business Page (For Non-HAR Members)
Note: This Guide is for Agents who are not members of HAR (Houston Association of Realtors).

- Login to your Facebook profile.
- Click the dropdown arrow on the far right of the screen, next to the “Quick Help” button with a question mark. Select your business page.
- Once the business page is selected, create a new post.
- Click the "photo/video" tab and add images of your TREC "Information About Brokerage Services" form and the "Consumer Protection Notice" form to your post.
- Click "Post."
- On the new post you just created, click on the image of your TREC IABS.
- Click "Add a description" and type "TREC Information About Brokerage Services;" copy the URL from your KW website where your IABS is located and paste the link in the description of your Facebook post.
- Click "Done Editing."
- Click on the image of the CPN form.
- Click "Add a description" and type "TREC Consumer Protection Notice;" copy the URL from your KW website where your CPN is located and paste the link in the description of your Facebook post.
- Click "Done Editing."
- On the new post of your TREC images, click the three, little dots in the top-right corner of the post.
- Click "Pin to Top of Page."
