We began as a training company and expanded to meet the technology needs of Agents and Market Centers that were observed through training. We continue to adapt our classes and services to fit agents needs.

Vonda Chambers
Houston Area KW Technology Trainer
Vonda met Nicole Joyce while working as the Director of Agent Services and Technology Coordinator for KW Premier in 2014. Nicole was thoroughly impressed with the Technology skills she displayed, as well as her passion for training agents. Vonda joined the Premier Productivity Coaching Program as the Business Development Coach in 2017 and soon began working with UpTechpro. She is extremely “Kellerized” and is ready to provide Agents with great Technology Skills training.
Vonda’s career at Keller Williams began as an agent with Keller Williams Greater Northwest. She later transferred to Keller Williams Premier in Katy for a shorter commute. Vonda received her Real Estate License in May of 2012 and shortly after discovered her passion for KW Technology.
Vonda is retired military veteran with 20 years of distinguished service in the US Navy. While on active duty she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Workforce Education from Southern Illinois University.
Vonda is married and she and her husband are both retired Navy empty nesters whose 4 children provide them the greatest joy.
